I did not receive my ticket email.

Check your spam folder first, then sign in and open My Tickets in the app or on the web. If it still is not there, contact support with the purchase email address.

How do I access my PPV stream?

Use the same account that purchased the PPV ticket, then open the Live tab or the event page. Access is tied to the purchased account.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds depend on the promotion and event policy. Contact support and include the event name, purchase email, and confirmation code if available.

I cannot log in.

Use the latest one-time sign-in code from your email. If the code has expired, request a new one from the login screen.

How do I become a fighter on SHWDWN?

Create a SHWDWN account, set up your fighter profile in the app, and use any invite links sent by a promotion to claim pending bouts.
