Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket and pay-per-view (PPV) purchases made through SHWDWN are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund except as described below.

2. When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • Event cancellation — If the event promoter cancels the event, all ticket and PPV purchases for that event will be automatically refunded in full to the original payment method.
  • Promoter-initiated refunds — The event promoter may, at their sole discretion, choose to issue partial or full refunds for any reason. This is entirely at the promoter's discretion and is not guaranteed.

SHWDWN facilitates the transaction between you (the purchaser) and the event promoter. The promoter is the seller of the ticket. SHWDWN does not independently issue refunds outside of the scenarios above.

3. No Refunds For

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or inability to attend the event
  • Technical issues on the viewer's end (device, internet connection, browser compatibility)
  • Dissatisfaction with event content or quality
  • Event schedule changes (date, time, or venue) unless the event is cancelled entirely
  • Partial attendance or late arrival to an event or live stream

4. Refund Processing

When a refund is issued, it is processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. SHWDWN has no control over your bank's processing times.

5. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been issued, please contact the event promoter directly through the event page. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the promoter, you may contact us at support@chmbr.io and we will do our best to assist.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

6. Your Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If applicable law in your jurisdiction provides for mandatory refund rights that override this policy, those rights will apply.
