What happens when you delete your account

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove your personal data from our systems. This includes your profile information, email address, display name, push notification tokens, and any other personally identifiable information associated with your account.

Data that is removed

• Your account profile (email, display name, role)
• Authentication credentials and active sessions
• Push notification tokens and notification preferences
• Any fighter or staff profile linked to your account

Data that may be retained

Certain records may be retained in anonymized form as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Purchase and transaction records (required for accounting, tax compliance, and dispute resolution)
• Anonymized usage analytics that cannot be linked back to your identity

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period you can contact us to cancel the request. Once processed, the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
